How it works
Get started with a simple initial payment
Your initial fee includes:
- A one-time setup fee, covering license preparation, dongle preparation, shipping, certification, and related costs
- Your First & Second month of license fees
(Payment is due when the order is placed)
Continue month-to-month
Starting from the third month, you pay the applicable monthly license fee (by a credit card on file).
Monthly licenses can be cancelled on a monthly basis, giving you flexibility to adjust your software needs.
Important to know
Once a monthly license is cancelled and the contract ends, the license cannot be reactivated. There is no grace period for monthly licenses.
If you decide you need the license again in the future, a new license must be purchased and new set up fee paid.
This structure allows us to maintain stable and consistent pricing while providing a flexible option for customers who prefer a monthly licensing model.

Perpetual License
A Perpetual License is a permanent license that is valid indefinitely. With an optional upgrade contract, you can benefit from continuous improvements and ensure your software is always up to date. In addition, you can also activate add-on modules (at additional cost) and access dentalshare free of charge. You can cancel the upgrade contract at any time without incurring additional cost and help reduce your running cost.
