Placing the Order

Once you have identified the item you wish to purchase, just click the "Add to Cart" link.  A shopping cart will now be established for you. Continue to shop until you have all your required items showing in your shopping cart.  When you are ready to place your order, follow the "Checkout" link and complete the required information.  Click "Continue" to review your order before submission.  Your order is not complete until you click "Finalize."  Don't forget to record your order number!

Shipping / Receiving the Order

It really depends on what you're ordering! As a marketplace, each merchant partner has their own carrier of choice, to ship out orders. Popular choices are ICS, Purolator, Canada Post, UPS and FedEx.  Once an order ships out, you will receive an email letting you know what carrier was used, and how you can track your package. 

Orders placed for standard in-stock items are normally processed within 24 hours (next business day for weekend orders), plus you should allow shipping time based on your ship via option selected.  Items not currently in stock are given lead times based on previous sales.

Free delivery is available on orders of $150 or more, prior to taxes and discounts. Orders less than $150 or those outside of Ontario and Quebec, are charged a minimal shipping fee.

If an order arrives incomplete, please check the contents of the package against the packing slip for any back-order items.  All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.


Returns must be authorized by a representative of Unique Dental Supply Inc., within 30 daysof purchase. All products must be returned in original packaging with original proof of purchase.In the event of a discrepancy with your order, Unique Dental Supply Inc. must be notified immediately upon acceptance for any adjustments.
