STRATOGEL acts as a separating film between the 3D resin model and the acrylic resin.

STRATOGEL 3D is designed to separate an orthodontic acrylic resin such as TECHNO SIN or TECHNO SIN Tixo from a model printed with 3D resin. The correct separation with other types of resins is not guaranteed, in which case a test should be carried out.

Despite its viscosity, the gel easily spreads over the surface and when dry creates a thin plastic layer. STRATOGEL acts as a separation sheet between the 3D resin model and the acrylic resin.

The product is supplied with the correct viscosity to be effective with a single layer, however, a second layer can be applied on top of the first in the case of rougher surfaces (printing models of more than 100 microns resolution). The first layer must be completely dry.

Once dry, it remains adhered to the acrylic resin and the 3D resin model is completely clean. The plastic layer is easily removed with water and a brush.

STRATOGEL 3D leaves no residue, does not attack the acrylic resin or the 3D resin model, and does not alter its properties. It does not contain any toxic elements.
