With this offer, a lab or clinic can retain one exoplan license for its own use and give the other two licenses to clinical or lab customers of its choice to motivate them to dive into guided surgery. 

• The offer includes the exoplan core version only. Guide Creator module is not included, but can be purchased as an add on separately.
• After purchasing the Ultimate XXL bundle, the user has 90 days to activate the three exoplan licenses. Any license not activated within this period will expire. A replacement or exchange is not possible.
• exoplan is a medical device product and as such a subscription license. With this offer, the end user gets the first year at no initial fee (means at no additional cost) and saves up to $3,750 (based on recommended retail price)
• The contract is subject to automatic renewal after one year term (if not cancelled). From second year on an annual subscription applies to all three licenses
• The deactivation/cancellation of the contract is possible until one month prior to the end of the contract. There is no partial repayment of fees in case of a cancellation before the end of the contract
